Good friend of Upper Playground, and past exhibitor at our gallery, FIFTY24SF, Ron English will be having “An Evening With” at MoMA this Monday, January 9 at 7PM. They official name is “An Evening with Ron English.” The evening includes Pedro Carvajal’s 2005 documentary feature Popaganda: The Art and Crimes of Ron English, and a sampling of English’s recent moving image works, including the “Detroit project” from his ongoing video-posting series.
