What kind of artist are you? The painting, drawing, sometimes music-making kind.
How would you describe your work? Cartoony, fun, ambiguous, odd, colorful.
Where do you draw inspiration from, and are there any particular
artists you look up to? I really love ’70s Kamen Rider/Ultraman stuff and a lot of 80s
cartoons. Taylor McKimens, Skinner, and Mike Mignola are probably my 3
favorite artists. Go Nagai is awesome too.
Any upcoming shows, projects, or adventures? I just finished an album cover for a Boston-based band called The Hush
Now and I was in the most recent volume of Color Ink Book. I’m moving
back to California very soon and I can’t wait.
