Munk One is going to be busy in July. He is also going to be showing at the Sea No Evil show going down on July 31 at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium in Riverside, California. Its got a good line-up for a good cause, as all the art will be sold in an silent auction format for the sole benefit of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.

New Retna x Mac x Estevan Oriol Mural in Los Angeles

Saw this up on Juxtapoz and Known Gallery... another ornate, perfect mural by Mac and Retna, this time based on a photo by our good friend and collaborator, Estevan Oriol. We ask you this, does anyone work harder right now than Mac or Retna? It ain’t easy doing a mural, and they continue to collaborate and put together amazing work all across Los Angeles, especially. And all the work is always top-notch. The mural is in Skid Row in Los Angeles, and reads “Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth.” Photos here by Kohsh. New Mural with Retna for RVCA + "Vagos y Reinas"

So it’s been a hectic couple of weeks so far, but here are some shots of the latest… At the top is a shot of some final touch up work for my show with Retna that’s up right now in Santa Monica.. I’ll put up more photos later if I have time. The other photos are of a big mural Retna and I just finished for the RVCA headquarters in Costa Mesa. Thanks to Pat & all the great folks at RVCA who helped out! More on the way…. and also, another apology for being so bad with emails lately…
