Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you have purchased or ordered from Upper Playground. If something is not right, let us know.

Upper Playground does not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way by the purchaser. Please recognize this policy before returning product to our store or via mail. There are no exceptions.

If you have any questions please email us at service@upperplayground.com. We'll do our best to respond within 3 business days as we are experiencing a very high volume of inquiries.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy: Online

When you make purchases at www.upperplayground.com, each shipment is accompanied with a packing slip with details regarding merchandise purchased and payment information. If you happen to not be happy with your online purchase, follow the directions detailed below...

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

If your order contains defective or incorrect merchandise, please send an email to service@upperplayground.com and we will email you a pre-paid return label, to send back the items.

Returns or Exchanges

If you would like to EXCHANGE an item(s) for a different size, color, or design, PACK all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.

***Please include a NOTE or indicate on the original packing slip whether you would like a return for a refund OR an exchange for a different size, color, design, etc.***

Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase, and only once we receive the merchandise. Please allow 5 - 10 business days from the day we receive merchandise for your account to be credited. 

Exchanges will be mailed out within 5 -7 business days to your original address OR a specified new address. If the merchandise that you would like in exchange is unavailable, we will reach out to you with alternatives. 

For packages that were verified as delivered and then found to be missing, we do not issue refunds. If you want a refund, most credit card companies offer some kind of protection for stolen packages. Please check with your credit card company in regards to their policy.

Online orders cannot be returned to any retail store locations.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy: Retail Stores

Upper Playground stores will gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days of original purchase with the accompaniment of the original sales receipt. All hat sales are final, we do not accept returns for hats. Upper Playground accepts returns for exchange ONLY. We do not perform cash or credit card refunds on returned items.

You can only return or exchange items through the store where you purchased the item, whether it be through the website or at one of our locations. The retail store returns department is unable to process a return of merchandise which was purchased at the online and vice versa.
