What type of payments do you accept?
We only take orders by credit card OR PayPal. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards.
Do you accept international orders?
Upper Playground can only ship to select countries. International shipping costs are determined at the checkout screen before you submit your order, and are based on weight and shipping costs for individual countries.
*PLEASE NOTE: International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country's government. We are not responsible for charges or fees charged by customs these charges are completely independent from Upper Playground.
Some artwork and posters can not be shipped internationally due to damages incurred during shipping.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are typically processed in 5-7 business days. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and can take 2-7 business days to arrive. International orders are shipped out via your selected shipping method and usually take about 1-2 weeks for delivery.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We only accept returns and exchanges 14 days from date of delivery. Please note that returns and exchanges CANNOT be washed, worn, or damaged in any way.
If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at service@upperplayground.com, describe the damaged products and include a photo (if possible) so that we can immediately replace your item(s).

with a note indicating whether you would like a different size, design, or a refund. As soon as we receive the merchandise, we will process the exchange/refund and contact you with any questions or issues that we have.
On returned items you will only be credited the amount of the merchandise, you will not be credited for shipping costs.
What sort of production processes do you use and how do I care for my product?
Our designs are printed using all-natural, environmentally friendly, water-based and metal-free inks. Vinegar is used as a curing agent and helps ensure that the design will last a long time without fading. Any odor it leaves behind will fade significantly when left out, and will be gone entirely once the item is washed.
To best preserve the life of the design, we recommend washing our apparel inside out, in cold or lukewarm water, gentle cycle and either tumble drying low or line drying
