What type of payments do you accept?
We only take orders by credit card OR PayPal. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards.
Do you accept international orders?
Upper Playground can only ship to select countries. International shipping costs are determined at the checkout screen before you submit your order, and are based on weight and shipping costs for individual countries.
*PLEASE NOTE: International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country's government. We are not responsible for charges or fees charged by customs these charges are completely independent from Upper Playground.
Some artwork and posters can not be shipped internationally due to damages incurred during shipping.
How long will it take to get my order?
We take up to 3 business days to process orders. Domestic orders will be shipped out via your selected shipping method. Delivery on an order using USPS Priority 2-Day and FedEx Ground can take about 2-5 business days. International orders are shipped out via your selected shipping method and usually take about 1-2 weeks for delivery.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We only accept returns and exchanges 14 days from date of delivery. Please not that returns and exchanges CANNOT be washed, worn, or damaged in any way.
If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, describe the damaged products and include a photo (if possible) so that we can immediately replace your item(s).
If you would like to return or exchange something that you purchased online, please ship the merchandise back to the following address:

with a note indicating whether you would like a different size, design, or a refund. As soon as we receive the merchandise, we will process the exchange/refund and contact you with any questions or issues that we have.
On returned items you will only be credited the amount of the merchandise, you will not be credited for shipping costs.
